www.execunet.com – 2009 – A recent survey of more than 5,000 executives conducted by ExecuNet, a private network of high-level leaders, reveals they are spending just 2.8 years in a single organization – that’s a steady decrease from 3.2 years in 2007 and 3.4 years in 2006.
In addition, senior-level executives are making industry switches more quickly; on average they are spending 4.0 years in a specific sector, down from 4.2 years in 2007 and 4.4 years in 2006.
